Medical Cash Poster

Location: Phoenix, AZ (onsite)
 
Pay rate: $19 - $24 per hour
Monday through Friday | 8am to 4:30pm (potential for flexibility)
Responsibilities:

• Follow required procedures for posting cash, posting adjustments, identifying low payments

• Logging and scanning checks with refunds being processed quickly

• Ability to post and process all cash within a 48 timeframe of receiving batch

• Compiling, sorting, and invoicing checks and daily reconciliations

• Processing write-offs and maintaining logs and reports properly

• Efficiently post both unapplied cash and cash transfers

• Ensure proper filing procedures by scanning cash batches

• Refunds processed efficiently and timely

What you bring:

• Must hold prior experience in titled roles (Medical Cash Posting, Medical Payment Posting or similar)

• High regard for attention to detail, organized and ability to prioritize

• Ability to multi-task and work at a fast but steady pace

• Ability to effectively communicate over phone and email

Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
