Women's Health Call Center Associate
A leading women's health center is seeking an experienced Call Center Associate to add to our team!
Responsibilities include, but is not limited to: Scheduling and entering patient appointments, transferring calls to proper department, follow-up calls to patients and insurance companies, and assist patients with any issues they are calling about. In addition, the right candidate must have the following specific knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- The candidate must have excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objection.
- They must have a professional, friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop rapport with patients over the phone.
- Strong work ethic, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment
- Previous Call Center telephone experience a plus
- Spanish or Bengali speaking, preferred
- Full COVID-19 Vaccination Series Required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
