Holley Anesthesia is a small business in Plano, TX. We are professional, agile, fast-paced and our goal is to provide quality sterile set up for GYN procedures in this MOBILE (going from office to office) company. Early start times 6:15 a.m. some days.
We have exciting openings for a Patient Care Technician/MA/ or Surgical tech. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing administrative duties and assisting in the day-to-day management of the workplace and staff. We are looking for a patient-oriented professional who is capable of working independently and is eager to help our office maintain the highest standards of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of patients during surgery and emergency procedures.
- Sterile set up of the procedures
- Communicate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure appropriate care is administered to patients.
- Assist physicians with procedures in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Prepare emergency equipment and check its proper functioning before use in a surgical procedure or emergency treatment.
- Communicate with patients' families after surgery or emergency treatment.
- Explain the nature of the patient's condition, possible risks involved, and plans for follow-up care to ensure that patients' families are well informed.
