Job Title:Medical Assistant Lead
Clinic Setting: Primary Care
Location: Gilbert, AZ (Also have locations in Queen Creek and Chandler)
Wage: $18-$25/hr (depending on experience)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant to join our primary care team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing high-quality care to our patients in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include assisting healthcare providers with patient examinations, performing routine clinical tasks, and ensuring that patients are informed and comfortable throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures, ensuring proper preparation and documentation.
- Conduct routine clinical tasks, such as measuring vital signs, administering injections, conducting basic lab tests, and updating medical records.
- Efficiently manage patient flow to minimize wait times and enhance the patient experience.
- Maintain examination rooms by keeping them clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Adhere to all clinic policies, protocols, and regulatory guidelines to ensure safe and effective care.
- Offer compassionate support and assistance to patients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their health and treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to facilitate comprehensive patient care and a positive experience for every patient.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, with a preference for candidates with experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, procedures, and protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing patient-centered care.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
