SalaryDermatology & Skin Surgery Specialists is an upscale general, surgical, and cosmetic focused dermatology practice located in Scottsdale. We are looking to add a positive, friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant Trainee to our team. Once you have been with us for six months and have performed at a high level, we will help you become a certified Medical Assistant through the Dermatology Tech program. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work in the medical field as a Medical Assistant without having to pay for tuition!
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to move quickly in fast paced environment. Superior customer service skills are expected.
Essential Responsibilities: Facilitates efficient, friendly, accurate and timely patient flow through clinical aspects of patients' encounters within the practice. Must be able to maintain a professional, pleasant demeanor during difficult situations whether it be on the phone or dealing in person with clients/staff.
Hours: Vary between 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Manager or Physician may occasionally request other hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
