Set up and maintain a filing system

Update data base of digital records for redundancy

Prepare files for tax purposes

Sorting mail

Find and correct mail address errors

2+ years experience a plus

Good organizational skills along with attention to detail.

Conduct routine verification to ensure integrity of filing system

Answer phone Occasionally

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-mail a must

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
