Seeking Medical Assistants with special interest in Medical Aesthetics.
Successful candidates should have patient care mentality,have strong interpersonal skills and work as a team player, and have a proper phone etiquette. Applicants must have a good work ethic and attendance record, have their own reliable transportation and be willing to travel to our other office location.
This position will require performing but not limited to taking/recording vitals, administering injections, performing simple tests, and other clinical tasks as needed, getting prior authorizations for medicines and tests, responding to patient messages, appointment scheduling and should have excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Successful candidate can be trained to perform these task. the position requires basic computer skills, answering phones, scheduling procedures with testing facilities, etc.
successful candidates are required to have knowledge and understanding of HIPPA regulations, patient confidentiality and disclosure of information rules.
