We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team and provide support to our medical staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, be able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: scheduling appointments, taking vital signs, preparing exam rooms, assisting with minor procedures, administering medications, and providing patient education.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and clinical tasks to support the medical staff.
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain medical records.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Prepare patients for examination and treatment.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens.
- Administer medications as directed by a physician.
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
