We're looking to hire a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant with previous Cardiology office experience.
Duties:
Duties:
- Directs patient to proper exam/treatment room.
- Performs patient intake (vital signs, medication reconciliation, enters data into EMR).
- Appointment confirmation calls, chart printing for provider, clinic visit sheet/patient last office details.
- Maintains neat and clean work area, including sticking patient exam rooms.
- Assists with appointment scheduling, answering phones, patient check in/out and other and other front office tasks on an as-needed basis.
- Consistently projects a positive office image by maintaining professional behavior at all times including smiling, greeting patients with enthusiasm and interacting with patients and staff in an upbeat and helpful manner.
- Performs EKG, EECP therapy, Holter/MCT, when ordered by providers.
- Data input into EMR.
- Travels to 3 office locations (Missouri: Des Peres and Arnold, Illinois: Red Bud).
