The Crafted Clinic is a fast paced and busy medical aesthetics practice in Marshfield, MO. We are a small team focused on providing high end medical aesthetic treatments in a comfortable, non-intimidating environment. We also provide prescription weight loss, IV therapy, laser services, hormone replacement, lab services and more. We are professional, creative and fun.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Lab services (phlebotomy)
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect payments
- Assist with procedures (set up, assist, clean up)
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
