Media Supervisor

We're looking for a Media Supervisor to lead an established media team, focused on campaign planning, activation, monitoring, and measurement. As a Media Supervisor you will use data, insight, and media buying savvy to scale media campaigns that help our clients accomplish critical business objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop the Team
- Lead and develop a team of 3 direct reports and foster a community of continuous learning
- Audit existing workflows and define/hone SOPs to improve team efficiency
- Allocate new client work based on existing resources and identify needed investments
- Own Media Planning
- Responsible for spearheading marketing mix, incremental revenue by spend and marginal ROI analysis and ensuring learnings lead to action
- Quantify the impact and value of media plans, optimizations, and investment changes to client and Pixel stakeholders
Oversee Media Implementation
- Serve as overall lead on all facets of media implementation (specs, QA, tagging, trafficking), analytics (data, reporting, optimization) and stewardship (actualization, billing)
- Delegate day-to-day roles and responsibilities among a team of direct reports
Position Pixel as Expert Media Consultants
- Stay abreast of new advertising platform capabilities, emerging channels, attribution ideologies and the like
- Serve as a thought leader and author POVs on the evolving state of paid media and its impact to client business outcomes
- Continually educate across departments internally at Pixel to increase collaboration and optimize output
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience at an agency or on a marketing team
- Experience managing $100k+ in monthly media spend
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of integrated media channel planning with an emphasis on performance marketing strategies across various channels (paid social, retail media, paid search, programmatic, and affiliate)
- Expert understanding of analytics and attribution platforms and capabilities (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Amazon Attribution, paid social platform CAPIs, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Curiosity and a clear desire to try new things

Compensation
- $80,000 - $90,000 per year commensurate with experience and location
