Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree with demonstrated experience in programmatic strategies and execution
- A minimum of 4 years of programmatic experience
- Experience working at an agency and/or Entertainment/Studio background experience or related industry a plus
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including data analysis, pivot tables, and basic statistics)
- Deep knowledge of ad products and buying mechanisms of all programmatic platforms and industry resources (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, data providers, and inventory providers)
- Experience optimizing video and display marketing campaigns across DSPs and ad-serving platforms
- Experience in search and social a plus
- Self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress against them
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Direct experience managing teams (both internal and client side) with strong leadership skills and team player mentality
- Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
- Strong organizational navigation with ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
Responsibilities
The Supervisor, Programmatic manages the day-to-day activities of the group. The Supervisor must possess excellent active listening skills to understand client needs and translate marketing and media objectives into data-driven strategies and trading objectives. He/she will work collaboratively with their clients and peers, reporting progress, co-developing strategies, and sharing campaign insights. He/she will also consistently monitor performance to ensure campaigns are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Strategy
- Must have strong knowledge of the paid search programmatic landscape and best practices (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, data providers, and inventory providers)
- Demonstrate full understanding of client’s businesses as basis for all future work
- Develop strategic recommendations based on media plans and consumer landscape
- Monitor competitor/industry changes and oversee long term partnerships with media and industry companies
- Collaborate with leadership on vision for longer-term programmatic strategy androadmap
- Direct marketing and media analyses to support recommendations
Execution Management
- Supervise and monitor all client programmatic programs including: strategy development, project management, report delivery and client communication
- Key contact for clients, ensuring prompt and clear responses to client questions and requests
- Ensure integration and coordination between various internal and external teams; keep all teams updated and informed on status of all projects
- Manage upkeep of all campaign tracking documents and client deliverable deadlines
- Check for accuracy, timeliness and quality of all team outputs
Reporting
- Identify KPIs for ongoing and campaign initiatives – analyze findings based on benchmark goals and apply learnings for future initiatives
- Work closely with team to maintain timeliness and accuracy of client reporting
- Support ad-hoc data requests for forecasting, billing and performance
- Derive insights and recommendations
This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.
Compensation Range: $50,000 - $95,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
