Laundry Service is currently seeking a Media Strategist to plan and execute Paid Media campaigns for a global retail brand. The ideal candidate is a paid social expert who thrives in fast paced, data driven environments. The role will report to the Director of Paid Media and will be collaborating with the client on a day-to-day basis. Ideal candidate has deep knowledge of and passion for paid social advertising and the paid distribution landscape and is comfortable with analytics, insight, and measurement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and execute paid distribution of full-funnel advertising campaigns, with an emphasis on performance marketing.
Execute campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
Execute client and internal facing reporting and campaign insights requests on a regular and/or ad-hoc basis
Execute day-to-day audience, creative and copy optimizations within campaigns.
Work with internal teams to ensure full, on-time, and efficient delivery of paid campaigns
Communicate with external teams when necessary, including vendors and partners.
Implement best practices for paid social and audience targeting with oversight from Director of Paid Media
Requirements
2-3 years professional experience working in paid social at a brand, publisher, agency, or similar
Demonstrated proficiency in planning, managing and executing self-service paid social campaigns.
Well-rounded experience in developing holistic media plans, with the ability to speak to how paid social fits within an overall media strategy
In-depth knowledge of paid social marketing fundamentals including targeting options and critical dimensions for measuring success (i.e.: targeting behaviors, demographics, etc.)
Experience managing monthly budgets over +$800K
Strong knowledge of the existing paid social landscape and enthusiasm for discovering new, emerging platforms or capabilities that increase efficiencies and engagement
Strong analytical skills with the ability to comfortably translate large data sets into actionable takeaways and insights
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills (experience with client-facing communication a big plus)
Benefits
Base salary range: $70,000 – $100,000 plus bonus potential if applicable for role
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
