Position

· Mechatronics Engineer (Sr./ Principal/ Manager/All Rank) /Engineering Department

· FT Position: 40hrs per week / On-site M-F 8:25am – 5:10pm/ Greensboro, NC.

· Compensation: Annual Salary Up to $120,000 based on experiences (with 8-10 years of industry experience), Stock Options and Annual Performance Bonus (Relocation support if needed)

Qualification

· B.S. Degree with 10 years of work experiences (degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or related field) or M.S. Degree with 8 years of work experiences (Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field)

· 2D/3D mechanical design/Assembly experiences are a MUST.

· Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning experiences are a plus.

· In-depth knowledge of the design and development of industrial machinery and components

· Able to use engineering tools, methods and machine knowledge to create, modify, re-design machine assembly drawings and part details.

· Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations.

· Problem-solving skills are highly required.

· Team player and able to adjust to the demands of an Agile Development Environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Maintain projects using AutoCAD (2D & 3D), including layers, or SolidWorks 2D/3D, drawing to scale, and adding dimensions.

· Design, assemble, program, and prove-out prototype electro-mechanical equipment and components to validate future projects and processes.

· Interface with the Technical Staff daily to discuss current and future projects for updates.

· Be able to use engineering methods and machine knowledge to create, modify, and redesign machine assembly drawings and part details.

· Read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

· Design, read, and interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.

· Possess skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD, databases, and spreadsheets.

· Write routine reports and correspondence.
