Responsibilities:
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for performing mechanical and structural steel design and design control operations following codes such as API 8C, DNV and ABS. Other duties will be to create 3D engineering models and perform FEA analysis and design Pipe Handling Equipment for the upstream petroleum market.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
*Experience with API 8B inspections
*Experience with designing low and high pressure piping systems
*Knowledge of drilling operations and pipe handling equipment design
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
7-10 years
Qualifications:
*5+ years of experience with mechanical design experience in the upstream petroleum market
*Proficient knowledge of Inventor and ANSYS
*Degree in Mechanical Engineering
