Mechanical Assembler /Tester (2Nd Shift 2Pm-10Pm) Completions Tools Exp.

Pay rate- $25.00/hr - $28.00/hr
2nd shift - 2PM to 10PM (Training will begin on 1st shift from 6am to 2pm. Then will move to 2nd shift)

The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures.
Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
Create labor records for all transactions.
Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Experience & Exposures:
Technology or Manufacturing Center Production Workflow Production Assembly

Experience:

• Mechanical Assembler: 3 years (Required)
• Completions tools: 3 years (Required)
