Job Description: Meat Room Manager/Meat Cutter

Rate of Pay: $18-$24/Hour

• Starting pay will be determined by previous experience and availability

Shift Type: (Full Time)

• 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
• Weekends as needed

Job Duties Consist of but not limited to:

• All aspects of meat cutting
• Maintaining meat case for: quality control, case levels and eye appeal
• Interfacing with customers (face to face and phone) to develop and execute custom orders
• Ability to multitask and work well with other meat department personnel

Occasional Duties:

• Packaging and pricing products
• Breakdown, clean meat case and cooler
