Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Manager to join our team. As a Room Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and efficiency. Duties: - Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures - Ensure all staff members are properly trained on food handling and safety protocols - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders - Oversee banquet events and ensure smooth execution - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms - Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales Qualifications: - Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is required - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career advancement within the company To apply: Please submit your resume along with a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
