Maternity Group Home Manager

As a Maternity Group Home Manageryou will collaborate to develop, design and oversee our Maternity Group Home program. You will partner with youth to learn and develop the necessary skills for long-term independence and support youth in developing positive parenting skills.

This Position:

We are interested in applicants with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood, Social Work, Psychology or related OR equivalent combination of post-secondary school and experience that equals four years. We are looking for someone with knowledge of early childhood development, the needs of pregnant and/or parenting youth, and social/emotional curriculums (such as Conscious Discipline). This position will supervise one part-time employee (Maternity Group Home Case Manager), so prior supervisory experience is preferred.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Starting pay is between $24.52-$26.44/hour. This role does require the ability to be on-call one evening per week and one weekend per month.

Possessing or ability to obtain a Class E Driver's License is required.
