- Averaging over 4,000 cases per year
- Operating Rooms - 5
- Procedure Rooms - 1
- Specialties include: ENT, General, Gyn, Orthopedics, Plastic, Podiatry, Urology, Pain Management, andGI/Endoscopy.
- Minimum 3 years of Management experience
- Development of staff and department
- Oversees goals, assignments and deadlines
- Leads Materials Performance Improvement projects
- Works with Vendors and consignment
- Hands-On/Working management style - This is a small ASC, so all of our department leaders work in front-line staffing as needed.
- Share our Lead-By-Example attitude
- Compliance with Joint Commission, state and federal regulations
- Must have excellent communication, management and customer service skills.
- Must possess the ability to prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple projects simultaneousl
Hourly Wage $30 to $40 an hour
Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications and experience.
