Hourly Pay: $23.48
Shift: M - F 2:45PM to 11:00PM
Essential Duties Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Follows all Shipping and Logistics process instructions and procedures to properly move and organize material within the department and to load all required trucks.
2. Reports and documents any and all safety issues to the Lead, Group Leader and/or Supervisor.
3. Works directly with Logistics Lead and Group Leader.
4. Responsible for the proper storage of finished goods materials.
5. Executes inventory rotation to accomplish plant F.I.F.O.
6. Uses the proper safety equipment and demonstrates proper safety procedures.
7. Strives to set the example and encourages other employees to adhere to all work rules, i.e. proper safety procedures, break times, lunch times..
8. Actively participates in department problem solving i.e., department issues including items such as employee issues, equipment, processes and procedures, inventory issues.
9. Responsible for the upkeep of his/her equipment by using forklift check sheets and for operating all equipment in a safe, efficient manner, detect and report faulty operation and follows all safety procedures.
10. Maintains all required housekeeping standards

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to use hands to fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; to raise and lower objects without mechanical aids; to extend hands and arms in any direction to reach, push or pull objects; to bend at the knees and at the waist; and to talk or hear.
- The employee must have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistance, frequently lift and/or move 25 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to wear and use required safety equipment, including safety glasses, steel-toe safety shoes, hearing protection and head protection.
