Material Handler & Picker

Warn Is currently hiring for several positions on our team! We are looking for a Material Specialist on Day shift & Swing Shift, and a Distribution Picker to work on the day shift in our distribuition center.

Our Material Handlers support our Production teams by providing raw materials, removing finished goods, and assisting in the needs of the production floor.

Our Distribution team focuses on shipping finished pallets of product internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently handle materials and products in a warehouse or distribution center
- Effectively operate stand up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and other mechanical equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
- Effectively use an RF scanner to key product in our ERP system
- Package and prepare materials for shipment or storage
- Perform order picking and ensure accurate inventory management

Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment operation, including forklifts
- Familiarity with order picking and materials handling processes
- Ability to load and unload materials safely and efficiently

Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge for operating equipment such as forklifts
- Proficiency in order picking and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and shipment of materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy
-Must be able to stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 40lbs unassisted.

Schedule:

- Day shift Material Specialist: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm, voluntary OT available
- Swing Shift Material Specialist: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11pm, voluntary OT Available
- Day Shift Distribution: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm, Mandatory OT each month
