seeking a skilled Material Handler and De-Burr Technician to contribute to our production team.
Position Overview:
As a Material Handler and De-Burr Technician, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing
process. Your primary responsibilities will include handling materials efficiently and safely, as
well as performing de-burring tasks to ensure the quality of our products. This role requires
attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Must have ability to operate saw for cutting material to specific size for machining.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently handle materials, including moving, organizing, and transporting materials
as needed.
Perform de-burring tasks on metal and plastic components to remove rough edges, burrs, or
imperfections, using various hand and power tools.
Inspect parts for quality and consistency, ensuring that all de-burring tasks meet company
standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all
times.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with quality and
safety standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in material handling and de-burring preferred.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools for de-burring tasks.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
