Starting Pay: $18.50/hour
6 Months Pay Progression: $19.20/hour
12 Months Pay Progression: $19.90/hour
$500 Sign-On Bonus (After 120 days of successful employment)
All teammates must be willing to work overtime if needed. Overtime is scheduled Monday through Friday 7:00am – 9:00am and/or Saturday and Sunday 6:00am - 11:00am/2:00pm.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status).
- Must wear safety shoes and approve eye protection
- Operate an electric stock chaser with training
