Material Handler 2Nd Shift

2 Material Handler

2nd Shift - 3pm-11pm (monday- fri) $21.25

Must train on 1st shift 7am-3pm for 3-4 weeks

TYPICAL DAY:

**will be assisting excipient operators and bulk handlers at times** MUST BE OPEN TO THIS!

•Candidate will be on a forklift for 50% of their day

•Will be storing, picking, staging and shipping products

•Will be working on an off shift that has less than 5 people per off shift

•Will need to be open to helping where ever they are needed- there will be times that they do not work in the shipping department and they will assist with the bulk fillers in clean room environment

•Will be handling products that are used in pharmaceutical industry – they require VERY accurate documentation and will require them to be very detail orientated

•Will be lifting 50 lbs

•Will load trucks and package orders

•Will weigh, measure and check raw materials in accordance to work orders

•Will manage and track inventory

•Will assist in cycle counts and audits – and make adjustments in the computer

•Will be responsible for moving product that is on cartons, pallets and in rail car containers

•Will put away stock and document when it is low or if there is a shortage

•Will operate shrink- wrap machine

•Will utilize ERP system for documentation and tracking

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1.Hs diploma or GED

2.Must have 1 year of forklift experience

3.Must have experience with documentation and following work orders

4.Must have math skills to calculate weights of products

5.Must be open to working in clean room environment when needed

6.Must have steel toe boots
