Meet the team:
The inventory control team assists shipping and receiving with the investigation of inventory discrepancies. We keep the operation moving by ensuring that inventory is accurate. We ensure positive customer experience by assisting with complaint investigations.
Where you come in:
- Participating in the daily cycle count program.
- Assist with investigations.
- Interface with other departments to help resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Opportunity to make suggestions to improve the operation.
- Assist the Shipping and Receiving departments with put-aways and pulling orders.
- Scrap obsolete and excess inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
What makes you successful:
- Complete all warehousing activities including but not limited to receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control in compliance with Safety, cGMP, and Quality Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform transactions in ERP/WMS system including but not limited to shipping, entering cycle counts, material receipts, shipments, etc.
- Investigate and resolve shipping or receiving issues utilizing ERP/WMS system.
- Basic Microsoft Office experience: Utilize Outlook to send emails, inputs data into Excel, typing/10 key.
- In collaboration with the supervisors, assist in implementing process improvement ideas.
- A minimum of one year material handling equipment is required.
- A minimum of one year cycle counting / inventory experience required.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Physical Demands:
Employees in this position may be required to perform the following physical activities: standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time; frequent use of the hands, fingers, wrist, and greater arm to handle small materials, tools, boxes, and trays; lifting and carrying objects up to 50Ibs; occasional overhead reaches and lifts; occasional lifts and reaches below the knee; occasional pushing and pulling of materials and objects with moderate forces; occasional crouching/kneeling, twisting, and squatting movements.
Work Environment:
Employees may be exposed to the following environmental conditions while performing this job: work near moving parts, work with chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, exposure to intense light and/or intermittent light, fast-paced work, and elevated noise levels.
