Material Handler

Material Handler to be in charge of preparation of fabrics, yarn, and backings utilized in the manufacturing of embroidered emblems.

Responsibilities:

The Material Handler is a vital role responsible for managing inventory, handling materials, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. This position's requirements are but are not limited to:

Material Preparation:Prepare materials with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring they meet our quality standards for production.

Fusing Machine Operation: Operate the fusing machine to fuse various fabrics and materials to the back of emblems, utilizing pressure-sensitive, heat seal films.

Warehouse Duties: Contribute to the efficiency of our warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.

Multihead Operation: Operate multihead embroidery machines, maintaining an eye for precision and design integrity.

Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties, such as order tracking, data entry, and communication with other team members.

Qualifications:

· Ability to read and understand simple instructions in English. Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)

· Ability to perform basic administrative skills and communicate with others

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Multi-head embroidery machine operation is a plus.

· Previous experience operating a heat press or fusing machine
