Master Carpenter/Remodeler

We are a family-owned General Contracting company in Folsom looking for a Remodeler to join our team. We do a lot of Kitchens, Bathrooms, Renovations, Drywall patches, tiling, as well as fences, decks, pergolas, siding, windows, and doors. We work Locally in Folsom, Fair Oaks, Orangevale, Gold River, Rancho Cordova, El Dorado Hills, East Roseville, and Granite Bay.

Master Carpenter/Remodeler Position

** At Least 15 years experience withResidential Remodeling, General Construction, Finish work, Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywall, Texture matching, Siding, Windows, Doors, Light Plumbing, and Light Electrical. You must have the ability to remodel a bathroom on your own and you must have experience remodeling kitchens. You Must have experience building custom homes, as well as additions.

**Must have 15 years experience with chop saws, table saws, circular saws, framing guns, finish guns, tile saws, sheetrock tools, siding tools, drills, impact drivers, sawzalls, etc.
** Valid CA drivers license
** Current vehicle registration and insurance
** Pass a Drug-test
** Own your own tools of the trade(s) and practical knowledge on their use
** Multiple Trades experience
** Strong work ethic
** Attention to detail
** A team player who can also work without supervision
** Trainable and able to take direction

** Expected to be presentable, polite, respectful with customers, and to communicate well.

**This is a lead position. Candidate must be able to run the whole job and have multiple trade skills to accomplish an entire kitchen or bathroom on their own or with helpers.

This is a working position. Supervising might be part of the job but that is supervising while working along side others. This position is a physically demanding position considering this is a skilled LABOR position.

** Must be able to handle physically demanding work such as carrying lumber, digging post holes, digging trenches, mixing concrete, hanging sheetrock, carrying a 60 lb bag of concrete. We are a small company so everybody gets involved with the labor side of work.

• ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of sub contractors
• Direct and lead workers in various trades
• Train co-workers to improve their construction trade skills.
• Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and ensure that specifications are met.
• Estimate material and worker requirements to complete job.
• Analyze and plan installation and construction of equipment and structures.

Compensation $28-$32/Hr
