MASS MARKET PRODUCT MARKETER
Primary Location: AUSTIN (Hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days work from home)
Role Summary:

• Join us to be part of the Wireless Connectivity Solutions team, acting as a game changer in the Connected world.
• Wireless Connectivity Solution Product line has a leading position in WiFi & BT including tri radio combo devices.
• In order to support our Mass Market expansion, NXP is looking for a Technical Marketing engineer to support our local distributors and module vendors.

Job Responsibility:

• Establish a strategy to grow business at each distributors.
• Review opportunities and work with distributors to close the deal.
• Develop a measurable plan to bump up Design Win.
• Support all the eco-system around our WiFi/BT products including module partners relationship
• Joint promotion between module partners & distributors.
• Establish Quarterly business review with local distributors.
• Provide all support and documentation to our distributors to enable opportunity creation and Design Win.
• You will be the go to person for our distributors.
• In addition to the local distributors assignment, you will be also responsible for certain distributor accounts worldwide.

Job Qualification:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductors industry & distribution.
• MS in Electrical Engineering
• Demonstrated experiences in product marketing / Distribution business
• Ability to understand the dynamic of distribution business, including module partners involvement
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing and effective presentation skills
• Ability to explain in simple way our products added values.
• Experience in Connectivity WiFi & BT
• Good understanding of the processors
• Experience working with worldwide teams
• When required, ability to work remotely and effectively to fulfill the duties of the role.
• Capacity to demonstrate ownership and autonomy.
• Is a highly self-motivated, self-starting person who enjoys working in a fast-paced technology environment to drive real-world solutions
• Travels are necessary in the region and quarterly international.
