- Storyboard, film, produce and edit short and medium-range sizzle videos.
- Create dynamic videos to effectively communicate: BlueHalo brand, products, and talent acquisition strategy to build/maintain marketplace brand strength.
- Work with DSLR cameras and smartphones to create dynamic footage for use in all final videos.
- Edit and export video files in the proper format depending on the final media outlet/ video usage.
- Create animated graphics and 3D renderings working with software such as Mari, Adobe Suite, Maxon, Autodesk Maya, or similar.
- Create video concepts, graphics, and any visual elements: sketches, prototypes, and comps.
- Lay out creative designs as required with quick turnaround time.
- Collaborate and implement creative corrections and suggestions.
- Determine appropriate means to produce the desired visual effect and production methods.
- Build and maximize relationships with cross-functional teams (MarCom, TA, BD, Products, etc.) to ensure successful conceptualization, development, and execution of video design specifications.
- Ability to conduct research into emerging video content, equipment and editing techniques.
- Make recommendations on the best and most cost-effective ways to solve design challenges while maintaining brand aesthetic.
- Lead strategy and development of internally focused video projects, to include live streaming, studio productions, and webinars.
- Develop, design and manage the video content of BlueHalo social media accounts, including LinkedIn, X, Threads, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, and Facebook.
- Implement strategic planning to increase media engagement.
- Effectively manage project timelines.

You’re required to have this:
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Film, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 5 or more years of relevant videography experience.
- Thorough knowledge of video production techniques and best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of still photography skills.
- Advanced knowledge of media and journalism best practices.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Strong understanding of lighting, sound recording, and shooting techniques.
- Proficiency with the working characteristics of video and still camera hardware, DSLR cameras, tripods, wireless microphones, lighting equipment, flash equipment, ancillary video accessories (storage and video).
- Experience with drone videography.
- Advanced knowledge of video and graphic editing practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, typography, social media management, art direction.
- Proficiency in live-streaming and webinar software, such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Knowledge of editing software, encoding software, DVD creation and duplication software and hardware.
- Knowledge of VFX templates for videos and motion graphics from Envato Elements as supplements to videos as needed.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
