Human Performance company needs an Orlando, FL. based Videographer for a video shoot 03/20. 2:30pm to 4:30.

We are seeking a skilled and creative videographer to capture an exclusive interview with Spartan Race founder, Joe DeSena, scheduled for next week. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned entrepreneur and produce compelling content for our YouTube channel and potentially a podcast episode.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Capture high-quality video footage of the interview with Joe DeSena.
2. Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth execution of the shoot.
3. Edit and produce a professional-quality YouTube video featuring highlights from the interview.
4. Produce a podcast episode from the interview recording, including editing and audio enhancement.
5. Create multiple short video clips from the interview shoot for social media promotion and engagement.
6. Ensure timely delivery of all deliverables according to the project timeline.

**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in shooting and editing video content.
2. Proficiency in using professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices.
3. Advanced skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
4. Strong understanding of storytelling and visual storytelling techniques.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take direction from project leads.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Creative mindset with a passion for producing high-quality video content.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in producing interview-style videos or documentary-style content.
- Familiarity with podcast production and audio editing software.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and social media trends.
