Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager, an M3 company. This position is remote.
Job DescriptionAs a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be a key senior leader responsible for the strategic direction and management of the marketing operations department. You will play a critical role in defining and executing marketing strategies, optimizing processes, and driving results that align with established business goals. This high-impact role requires extensive experience in marketing technology, analytics, and a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with sales, data and on-site clinic leadership teams to identify and lead strategic initiatives, optimizing day-to-day marketing operations and improve the impact of Wake Research marketing
- Consolidate cross-department feedback for broader marketing team and effectively manage campaign and creative asset updates correctly and timely; continuously assess and improve marketing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for marketing operations aligning them to the overall company goals and objectives
- Effectively manage the allocation of marketing budget across resources, vendors and paid media to optimize ROI
- Lead relationships with external vendors, agencies and sponsors to ensure marketing operations are executed effectively and within budget. Facilitate process of onboarding a new vendor from discovery phase to execution
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; define and track key performance metrics
- Oversee and implement changes to the marketing tech stack, working closely to project manage across marketing, analytics, product and engineering teams
- Strong understanding of analytics platforms, data management, tracking technologies, and ad platform integrations
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and operations
- Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with industry trends
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Healthcare experience is a plus
Education and Training Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
