- For this role, I am looking for someone who can balance strategy with execution. They will need to bring together a ‘can do’ attitude and a growth mindset. This will be as important as having field marketing, product marketing, enablement or sales experience.
Responsibilities:
- Market and Segmentation Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and segmentation analyses, encompassing market trends, customer segmentation, competitive landscape, and identifying growth opportunities that drive new ACV.
- Portfolio Positioning Strategy: Collect and analyze addressable market, customer data, and competitive research for Nutanix portfolio products to inform and refine the GTM and positioning strategy.
- Worldwide Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive worldwide strategy, maximizing impact by collaborating with cross-functional marketing delivery teams, including field, partner, digital, campaigns, programs and enablement.
- Collaboration for Growth: Collaborate closely with business development and partner marketing teams to establish mutually beneficial relationships that contribute to the overall success of product launches and product-led growth tactics.
- Alignment of Marketing Execution: Align marketing execution with strategic priorities to optimize business outcomes, ensuring a cohesive approach across all functions.
- Cross-Organizational / Functional Communication: Maintain robust cross-organizational communication with corporate strategy, sales, business development, product, operations, and cross-marketing teams to ensure seamless launch processes and execution plans.
- Support for Marketing Initiatives: Support the broader marketing team in executing product launches, milestone moments, customer programs, and quarterly demand plans.
- Post-Launch Analysis: Conduct thorough post-launch analysis and provide improvement recommendations to leadership for continuous optimization.
- Coordination Across GTM Functions : Serve as the marketing point of contact, coordinating marketing execution with other Nutanix GTM functions to ensure cohesive execution across all regions.
- Reporting and Measurement: Design and track reporting dashboards to measure success against defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Strategic Recommendations: Build out strategic recommendations and actively contribute to decision-making processes with senior leadership.
