Job Description
Conexon Connect is looking for data-loving, creative individual to join it’s marketing team. The individual will be a self-starter who isn’t afraid to jump from a spreadsheet to a design program. The position will support ongoing marketing operations through campaign optimization, data management and process development.
Requirements:Responsibilities
- Work with marketing team to create, design and deploy strategies for customer acquisition, retention, community building and brand growth, and engagement.
- Master existing marketing technology and integrate new tools and processes to drive optimization and automation.
- Help develop and refine ways of looking and managing data in a way that is informative and actionable.
- Take on internal marketing processes and fully own then from beginning to end.
- Manage both data-focused and creative projects.
Qualifications
- Conexon is looking for an inquisitive, detailed, and creative person for the position of Conexon Connect Marketing Specialist. The right person will have strong organizational skills, be decisive within the scope of the position's responsibilities, and use consistent discretion and good judgment.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations or similar field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel a plus
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable problem solving/troubleshooting operational issues
- Great eye for detail, a creative mind, collaborative work style, and great interpersonal skills with ability to communicate crisply and clearly with a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements
Normal office conditions, some irregular hours may be required. Majority of time spent on the computer.
