Overview

Hey there, We're Wilbur Agency — a creative marketing agency chock-full of good ideas that move the needle.

We are in search of a part-time Marketing Specialist (contract) to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the day to day marketing efforts to help our clients grow.

You will work closely with leadership and our clients to create engaging content, manage advertising campaigns, and analyze data to optimize our efforts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to paid channels like Google and Meta, email marketing, and other various advertising platforms.
• Create and curate compelling content for digital marketing initiatives
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure consistent messaging of client's content
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Occasional assistance on video production shoots

You're great for the role if you have...

• Some experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing, email marketing, or creative advertising
• Have some experience in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other digital marketing tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative suite is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage client projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Desire to learn and experiment

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
