Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering positive Employee Relations, managing conflict resolution, and promoting a harmonious workplace environment. This position involves handling employee concerns, conducting investigations, and implementing policies to ensure a fair and respectful workplace.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as a primary point of contact for employees seeking guidance on workplace issues and concerns.
· Conduct investigations into Employee Relations matters, such as disputes, grievances, and policy violations.
· Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures consistently across all levels of the organization.
· Proactively identify trends and areas for improvement related to Employee Relations.
· Mediate and facilitate conflict resolution between employees and/or teams to maintain a positive work environment.
· Participate in the development and delivery of training programs related to Employee Relations and conflict resolution.
· Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in Employee Relations practices.
· Maintain accurate and confidential Employee Relations records.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as an Employee Relations Specialist in the automotive or new energy industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating proficiency in English and Mandarin.
· Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
· Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
· Ability to analyze situations objectively and provide fair and impartial recommendations.
· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
· Proactive and results-driven with a focus on fostering a positive workplace culture.
