Our Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development of creative briefs for new sales and marketing initiatives, including but not limited to digital sales tools, white papers, videos, case studies, etc.
- Supporting with the development and execution multi-touch demand creation campaigns that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics, including email, content, webinars, database marketing, social media, and more
- Deploying email campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools, in addition to supporting with template design and on-going performance tracking
- Supporting the creation of marketing automation campaigns that generate leads, nurture customers through the customer journey, and create a connection with our customers
- Working directly with the dedicated digital team to develop data-driven campaigns to generate new traffic at the top of the funnel through paid channels including SEM, display advertising, retargeting, and content
- Ongoing campaign optimizations, including ad, landing page testing and execution and analysis of A/B tests
- Tracking and analyzing campaign effectiveness to determine ROI and go-forward plans, as well as responsible for developing campaign recaps for key stakeholders review
- Supporting the development of sales enablement tools and resources for targeted campaigns and product launches including sales scripts, playbooks, pitch decks, trainings, and more
- Working with marketing counterparts globally to share best-practices, execute effectively, and cohesively
- Maintain up-to-date market knowledge through regular interface with sales team and customers
- Partner with Events colleague to ensure consistent messaging of key product benefits and services to customers across venues; attend and support with set-up and on-site presence of booths at events as needed.
- Staying up-to-date on customer, competitor and industry information and knowledge through the attendance of trade shows, clinics, staff meetings, site-visits, and collaboration
- Assisting with maintenance of the departmental budget including invoice processing, expense tracking, A/R submission and monthly budget reconciliation
- Provide additional support to tasks and/or projects of the Marketing organization as needed
What we're looking for in our Segment Marketing Specialist (requirements & qualifications):
- Required:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience (experience through coursework and internships will be considered)
- Experience with marketing processes, maintaining brand standards and creative development process
- Preferred, not required, familiarity with e-mail marketing practices and functional understanding of HTML
- Passion for fitness and product familiarity
- Ability to work in a multi-time zone environment, multi-task and manage multiple projects / deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Strong verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills
Preferred:
- Experience supporting medium sized market segments with over $75M in revenue potential
- Experience working with creative agencies and coordinating marketing activities
- Prior fitness market experience and strong product knowledge, Prior global marketing experience
