Summary
Marketing Specialist
Shaheen Automotive Group Marketing Specialist will work closely with our current Director of Marketing and be responsible for creating consistent messaging across all digital platforms, promoting our dealerships and new Chevrolet and Cadillac models and pre-owned vehicles. This energetic candidate will be a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, is an excellent communicator, offers great interpersonal skills and is a team player in a fun and upbeat environment.
Daily tasks will include: social media creation/posting to all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Reels, Stories), onboarding guest-facing employees, capture custom content from all departments for social media posts and YouTube content, including photos and video, assist with planning and attending Shaheen on-campus events and local, seasonal off-campus events that we sponsor.
This role is for someone who is creative, organized, has a strong understanding of digital and social media advertising, and is self-motivated.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent experience
2-4 years of digital marketing experience
Automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite encouraged
Photography & video editing skillset encouraged
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Must have excellent verbal and written skills
Social Media: Experience posting to (Facebook, TikTok, IG, YouTube, Stories, Reels)
Google Business Profiles: Posting to and monitoring them
Communicates clearly and in a timely manner with peers/management
Must be extremely organized, detail and solution-oriented
Day-to-Day Duties
Develop and execute digital marketing to attract intenders who plan to purchase a vehicle or service maintenance and retain existing customers - using photos and video
Spotlight our team on Social Media using photo & video (all departments)
Spotlight our vendors when theyre working on campus
Help drive traffic to our websites and increase showroom foot traffic
Manage and respond to all online reviews
Monitor and respond to all social media platforms, invite people to follow our brand
Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns, video content, online contests
Monitor current campaign analytics
Onboard newly hired, guest-facing employees (name badges, staff photo, bus. cards)
Cover in-house events for social media

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
