Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communication or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience creating content for and managing advertising campaigns on major social and digital platforms, including Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Writing experience for web, email, blogs & general content
• Self-starter
• Multi-tasker
• Detail oriented
• 2+ years experience

Duties:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives
• Create engaging content for various social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, SnapChat and TikTok
• Monitor and analyze analytics to optimize content and campaigns
• Build relationships with influencers and online communities to enhance brand exposure
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to clients on social media performance, campaign results and insights
