- Communicate with our clients (phone and face to face).
- Prepare our clients themselves by planning emergency exit plans, setting meeting spots, and identifying one-site fire risks.
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
- Record filing within our customer service database.
- Engage with clients.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with company's customer service policies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Reliable transportation.
