Objective: The Product Marketing Specialist develops promotional plans and accompanying materials in accordance with the approved marketing strategy as dictated by the department leadership and executive team.
Essential Functions:
Support launch strategy and execution of new proprietary digital product rollouts for B2B and B2B2C audiences in collaboration with Product, Distribution and Sales/Leads.
Knowledge on all digital insurance products and Quility platforms – understanding how they function and their value/purpose to the company.
Collaborate with marketing teammates to create marketing strategies and nurturing programs that increase market awareness and demand for proprietary products and Quility platforms.
Knowledge of audiences and needs.
Create and evolve user and client personas based on data and learnings.
Own and responsible for platform and product journeys within various distribution channels.
Own and responsible for user and client surveys, using results and insights to guide marketing campaigns and decision making.
Support go-to-market launch plans.
Responsible for business-as-usual upkeep of marketing resources and assets for proprietary products and platforms.
Working knowledge of corporate platforms for our agents with editing capabilities as needed. Daily use of Hubspot and Atlassian applications (JIRA, Confluence).
Liaison and resource for product marketing with other teams – brand marketing, agent marketing, agent activation, training, sales/distribution, dev, product teams, and creative teams (graphic design & AV).
Own and responsible for marketing deployments through HubSpot, including but not limited to product promotions, automations, user feedback, etc.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position with remote working availability. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m ET. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
–or- Combination of experience and education
- 4+ years of product marketing experience
- 2+ years of experience with marketing & CRM tools
