The Zippertubing Company, located in Chandler AZ is looking for a Marketing SEO Specialist to join our Team. This role will analyze information to anticipate upcoming trends. They will present their independent research results through visual aids such as infographics, charts, and graphs. They will keep track of sales and marketing developments; measure the effectiveness of promotional efforts; gather information regarding market dynamics, competitors, and customers; present market analytics, and document findings, and intricate details through visual aids in forms comprehensible to management.

The Marketing SEO Specialist will deliver high-quality SEO work that is customized to each of the company’s goals. This includes performing organic search analysis, discovery, execution and performance reporting of search engine optimization strategy and deliverables.

The Marketing SEO Specialist will manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns. Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages to increase return on investment (ROI).

The Marketing SEO Specialist will immerse themselves in the company's products and marketing efforts, examining potential new markets and sales opportunities. They also collaborate with other departments to contribute input for research skills, they will provide a unique perspective on the most effective methods of promotion.

This role involves accessing social media channels to identify opportunities for improvement as well as using their imagination and creativity to create new content for postings. They will be responsible for creating or aiding with videos/photos that promote the company and its products. The Marketing SEO Specialist also provides accurate and timely data entry into Word, Excel, and the company CRM. Additionally, they will undertake advertising cost compilation, input, and tracking. Concerning competitors’ products, this person will collect data regarding pricing, sales, marketing tactics, and distribution methods before delivering reports and presentations of findings to upper management or executive leadership. As needed, they may also train members of the marketing department on improving areas that could benefit the company or another team member in their absence.

The Marketing SEO Specialist must demonstrate cognitive ability to, follow directions and routines, work independently with appropriate judgment, exhibit spatial awareness, read words and numbers, concentrate, memorize, and recall, identify logical connections, and determine the sequence of response and process up to 2-3 steps ahead. Ability to attend work on a regular, predictable, and consistent basis to commute to and from work safely and arrive at work on time to either location. This position requires regular servicing of both the Tempe and Chandler divisions. Time spent traveling between locations is compensable at your regular rate of pay. Mileage reimbursement is not available for travel between locations for regular servicing.

This is a full-time exempt position for creative professionals who use creativity and imagination to conduct independent research to achieve desired outcomes for our audience.

The Marketing SEO Specialist will report to the Art Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns. Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages.
• Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns.
• Conduct extensive keyword research and keyword sorting to discover and relay best opportunities for content optimization.
• Add new products, complete with their details, to the Amazon website utilizing content, headlines, advantages, and features, as well as modify existing items for optimal ROI.
• Analyze results for ways of maximizing sales and increasing market penetration of existing items.
• Analyze information to anticipate upcoming trends.
• Present their research results through visual aids such as infographics, charts, and graphs.
• Measure the effectiveness of promotional efforts; gather information regarding market dynamics, competitors, and customers;
• Examine potential new markets and sales opportunities.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• 3+ years’ experience
• Self-motivated, self-starter and ability to independently execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, to internal and external parties.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Microsoft Advertising
• Experience with Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite, Amazon Seller Central, photography, and video editing is preferred but not required.

Schedule:

• Full Time - Onsite Only not remote.
• 4-10-'s Monday -Thursday
• Monday to Thursday (6:00 am - 4:30 pm) off Friday, Saturday & Sundays
• In-office position - Chandler (Chandler Blvd. and I-10 area)

Compensation:

• $21.64 - $31.25, DOE

Environment / Physical Demands:

As part of this job, the candidate can anticipate working in an office with multiple occupants, attending virtual team meetings, and visiting customers in person as needed. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate. Standard office equipment like computers, phones, and photocopiers will be used regularly. There may be times when the candidate will need to report to our Tempe facility for training and meetings during the workday.
