Job Title: Marketing Project Manager
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Sales and Marketing Brand Manager
Location: Grovetown, GA

Purpose of Position:
The Marketing Project Manager will be an integral part of the development, planning, execution, and assessment of marketing campaigns. This individual will work with the marketing team and vendors to ensure Marketing Projects are completed on time and within budget. The Marketing Project Manager is a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and strategic planning skills. This position requires an individual with excellent project management, analytical, and decision-making skills. It is vital to have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and be up to date with the latest software tools and marketing trends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Brand Manager to create marketing strategies and mapping out the tasks needed to implement those strategies across multiple channels such as content marketing, advertising, social media, paid media, etc.
- Ensure stakeholders and management are satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns.
- Manage and supervise Marketing Projects from beginning to end.
- Assist with the creation and management of a content calendar and scheduling deadlines.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders & external vendors.
- Collaborate with KSB and outside offices to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Ensure all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with the global business strategy
- Collaborate with creative teams and vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Assist with copywriting
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Organize corporate events and tradeshows, attend them to facilitate their success – occasional travel required
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 5 years working in Marketing
- Experience with project management and best practices
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Software – Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Software – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Knowledge of Hubspot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation tools a plus
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Exceptional communication and writing skills

Physical Requirements:
- Primarily desk-type duty
- Must be able to list and/or move up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 4-6 planned travel events per year
