POSITION OVERVIEW:
Starlight Homes’ success is driven in large part by its differentiated approach to the marketing funnel leveraging a data-based model. As such, the Marketing Project Manager plays an important role in driving the overall performance of the business. This role will have ownership of managing our marketing efforts across multiple markets. This is great opportunity to join our growing corporate marketing team and contribute to the continuous expansion of the Starlight Homes brand.
KEY JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
- Website Management
- Continually audit and manage updates to Starlighthomes.com, including copy, floor plans, photography, virtual tours, maps, standard features, promos, etc.
- Monitor and edit all Starlight Homes content on third party sites (Zillow, Trulia, BDX, Realtor.com, New Home Source, etc.) for accuracy and update as necessary.
- Update pricing on Starlighthomes.com for price changes.
- Update pricing/inventory on Sales Presentation tool.
- Upload content including maps, features, pricing, and community details on to Sales Presentation tool for new communities.
- Create and maintain Google business listings for new communities.
- Division Marketing Support
- Coordinate with Division Sales Leaders to ensure effective installation of all onsite signage, including community entrance, lot signs, sold/available signs, community flags, etc.
- Organize community information for new communities in advance of launch. Manage launch tasks in advance of community grand openings.
- Review regular reporting on sales team communications with leads via phone and email, and provide quantitative and qualitative feedback and training opportunities.
- Order marketing supplies/collateral for divisions.
- Process invoices and maintain marketing and advertising budget for division spend.
- Maintain a good line of communication with the Starlight Homes team members on our corporate and division sales and marketing teams.
- Work closely with division management to execute successful division launches & community grand openings with activities including, but not limited to, helping division teams coordinate events, ensure on-brand installation of sales offices, etc
- Serve as local market expert responsible for monitoring competitive activity online and offline. Provide insights on division performance and local market challenges/successes during monthly calls with agency partners.
- Maintain a data-based, analytical approach to the business, mining Salesforce to garner insight and make recommendations for funnel conversion improvement in collaboration with corporate sales team.
- Monitor community traffic and conversion metrics on a weekly basis to identify trends and make marketing plan recommendations to continually improve performance.
KEY BUSINESS SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience required.
- BA/BS in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
- Client/Customer Service experience preferred.
- Highly organized with attention to detail & eye for quality execution
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Digitally savvy, able to learn and bounce across multiple technology platforms with ease
- Ability to work effectively managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, positive can-do attitude
- Possess an innate marketing acumen and a passion for the consumer.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Working experience in Canva is a plus.
- Working experience of Salesforce or similar enterprise-level CRM system and Google Analytics is a plus.
