What is the job about?
Grundfos Americas is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join its Industry (IND) Americas Marketing team.
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to engage end-users and generate marketing-qualified leads for our sales teams. You will have an important role in aligning marketing efforts with regional sales goals, gathering customer insights, and staying ahead of marketing trends. Managing campaign budgets, planning, and expenditure will also be central to your responsibilities.
You will report to the Regional Marketing Senior Manager and operate on a hybrid schedule out of our Lenexa, KS or Brookshire, TX offices.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns for three industrial verticals in alignment with the overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Create regional marketing deployment plans aimed at generating leads and demand for Grundfos solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the regional sales director to identify target markets and customer personas, implementing a customer-centric content marketing approach.
- Take ownership of marketing performance measurement and reporting.
- Increase awareness of Grundfos offerings in key industrial markets.
- Foster significant customer engagement with campaigns (specific KPIs to be established).
- Facilitate growth in marketing-qualified and sales-accepted leads.
- Optimize marketing effectiveness, achieving a balance between marketing investment and impact.
- Provide support to local marketing teams for efficient deployment of initiatives, ensuring integration with events and customer loyalty programs.
- Offer insights and best practices to the marketing team.
- Contribute to regional customer value excellence programs.
- Establish effective feedback loops from sales to marketing for continuous improvement.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Significant experience may be considered in place of educational requirements in some cases.
- Proven experience in handling marketing processes and project management.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in integrated marketing campaigns, beyond formal education.
- Solid understanding of marketing plans, processes, and activities.
- Good communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Capacity to work efficiently within a matrix team environment, delivering on multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Good problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and project management proficiency.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Hubspot, or others.
- Capability to develop professional relationships and communicate effectively within a global team.
- Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish, Canadian French, or Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
- Travel – ability to travel up to 35%, including potential international travel. Maintain a valid passport.
