Marketing Professional/Digital Content Creator

NovaLash is seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join our team! The ideal candidate will haveten plus years of marketing and digital content creation experience along with having high proficiency in executing digital marketing campaigns

You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase brand awareness. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as a long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

You will have be knowledgeable of current social media trends while having proven skills in videography and graphic design. This position will repurpose existing content while creating new, fresh digital content that nurtures our online communities while creating new customer leads for sales.
To be a successful, the candidate will have the ability to create content that connects with our customers’ interests while staying true to the brand voice. The Digital Content Creator must also have experience in creating engaging, short-form videos for Instagram and Tik Tok. Having the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams is essential as the Digital Content Creator will need to work with various departments to create assets as needed while keeping the brand cohesive.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
• Create branded advertising campaigns, and support design teams by coordinating and collating content
• Help coordinate product development initiatives
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
• Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
• Plans events and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements

Digital Content Creator Responsibilities:

• Take content ideas to create videos, images, graphics (and copy, if needed) to post on NovaLash’s digital marketing platforms and channels.
• Update existing material, generate new work as requested, and identify new ways to reach our customers.
• Produce various ad-hoc company promotional assets as requested.
• Create email marketing templates in Mailchimp and social media templates that adhere to brand standards.
• Utilize SEO methods and strategies to increase site traffic.
• Monitor the brand as it is presented across all marketing channels, identify non-cohesive content and/or assets, revise and republish content and/or assets required to maintain brand uniformity.
• Work with internal departments to ensure marketing efforts and goals are being reached through digital content creation.
• Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach customers.
• Have the ability to write, review, edit and update content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, etc., if marketing manager is unavailable.

Qualifications:

• At least ten years full-time experience in marketing and digital content creation
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or similar field.
• Experience in creating strong, engaging content for a luxury product/market.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
  The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong project management skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in fashion and/or beauty industry required for this position
