Marketing Operations Manager -- 1St Shift

Arctic Snow and Ice is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Operations Manager to drive the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales, elevating brand awareness, and fostering customer loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement an all-encompassing marketing plan that encompasses comprehensive market research, innovative product development, impactful advertising, strategic public relations, and seamless event planning. Your expertise will be instrumental in effectively targeting and engaging our extensive dealer network.

Responsibilities:

* Devise and implement a comprehensive marketing plan comprising in-depth market research, captivating social media campaigns, cutting-edge product development, compelling advertising, influential public relations, and meticulously planned events

* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are closely aligned with sales objectives

* Manage and optimize the marketing budget, meticulously tracking return on investment (ROI)

* Create and execute dynamic digital marketing campaigns that captivate and engage target audiences

* Cultivate and nurture relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to amplify brand presence

* Measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns and initiatives

* Remain up-to-date with industry trends and closely monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead

Qualifications:

* Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

* Demonstrate a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success

* Exhibit a strong command of digital marketing techniques, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media strategies

* Showcase exceptional project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously

* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and engage diverse audiences

* Display strong leadership qualities and the ability to effectively manage and inspire teams

* Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred

* Demonstrate a proven ability to drive sales and elevate brand awareness
