Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, GTM sales Strategy and Operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other Advanced degree.
- Experience creating insights using SQL and other problem-solving tools to present findings and recommendations.
- Experience working with executive decision-makers who lead organizations and are directly impacting the broader direction and resources.
- Experience communicating strategy, results, and analysis, using great storytelling and creating comprehensive and visually appealing presentations and documents.
- Experience with operational excellence combined with business acumen, problem-solving, project management and analytics.
- Ability to lead executive cross-functional stakeholders and partners and influence executive decision making, while navigating complex organizational dynamics.

In this role, you will work directly with cloud leaders and stakeholders to help define, implement and operationalize strategy for the Google Cloud Consulting organization, which provides leading expertise and delightful experiences to help customers learn, build, operate, and succeed in the Google Cloud ecosystem. You will be a core member of the global Strategy and Operations team, owning complex strategic topics that span multiple geographies and setting up Google Cloud Consulting to keep delivering outsized impact as cloud continues its rapid growth. You will bring structure and quantitative insight to some of our strategy questions and orchestrating across the business to implement the best answers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $169,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Influence executive-level decision making through scalable, and actionable investigative insights into core business decisions such as prioritization of growth opportunities.
- Structure and communicate complex, ambiguous, business issues to advise the Google Cloud Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership team.
- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and business impact across the global business.
- Provide insights to the business through analysis of bookings, activity, and services data to drive efficiency and effectiveness of our Google Cloud Consulting team.
- Help with planning, goal setting, and managing the rhythm of the business activities such as periodical business reviews and other cadenced reporting and metrics.
