CCS seeks a determined, organized, and career-oriented individual to fill our Marketing Coordinator role. This role will actively contribute to our business objectives by supporting enterprise marketing omnichannel campaigns and needed support to the broader marketing team. The ideal candidate desires to build experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
The role will report directly to the VP, Commercial Marketing. The position location is flexible, but the placement must be willing to work in CT or ET hours.
- Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy.
- Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes.
- Build and maintain design files; currently built in Canva.
- Partner with the Marketing team to maintain our email marketing calendar.
- Assist in implementing and managing systems for event registration, onsite solutions, trade show logistics, promotional item inventory, booth hardware inventory, and mobile applications.
- Assist in maintaining marketing-related e-mail inboxes; respond and document collateral development and design asset requests.
- Complete other special projects as determined by management, including coordinating team offsites.
- Work with Marketing leadership to support Enterprise Brand (website and social media) and Employer Brand (recruiting and training) initiatives.
- Support Brand and Thought Leadership needs.
- Complete other special projects as determined by management, including team offsites.
- Support Patient Experience print and web initiatives.
- Provide support around webinar logistics and website updates.
- Support HR and internal comms initiatives.
- Assist marketing team in creating and maintaining internal Yammer channel.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Marketing or a related field from a four-year college or university.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, or related field.
- Dependable, able to communicate appropriately and effectively professionally, and maintain professionalism in all situations.
- Demonstrate project management competencies.
- Avid learner with a thirst for self-improvement and continuous learning in the fields of marketing, sales, and communication.
- Motivated to engage in new challenges and opportunities.
- Possess a drive to exceed expectations regardless of the role or responsibilities given.
- Proficient in Excel & rest of MS Office Suite.
- Attend in-person meetings as needed, traveling 2-4 times annually.
