Main Responsibilities/Functions:
● Manage lead generation for the company’s portfolio e-commerce websites
● Responsible for the revenue for our shopify stores and DTC business
● Work with remote team for SEOs and front end optimization
● Optimize efficiency and effectiveness of marketing channels
● Project plan the go-to-market strategy for new product launch
● Overwatch the ads content creation, copywriting and increase organic traffics
● Increase the ROI for KOLs, user community royalty and affiliates program
● Manage the marketing team for daily tasks and track their finish status
● Coordinate with other departments to drive marketing initiatives
● Develop and manage the company’s brand
● Communicate with cross functional team in China
● Explore new marketing tactics and measure effectiveness Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree or Higher (preferred)
● 3 to 8 years of marketing experience
● At least 1 to 2 years of management experience
● Experience with digital and online marketing
● Mandarin speaking- REQUIRED
● Must have strong analytical abilities
● SEO and E-Commerce experience is a strong plus
● Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn for a business or organization
● Strong writing skills, both written
